Kestrel Resources, Inc. is a privately owned oil and gas operating company.  Kestrel provides cost effective, professional asset administrative services to a variety of clients within the domestic oil and gas industry.  Services, typically provided on a fee basis, cover the entire range of activities relating to drilling operations, land, accounting, financial reporting, transaction support and consulting.  In addition to its current operational responsibilities, Kestrel is focused on supporting property acquisition and enhancement activities from a technical, operations and administrative perspective.  Kestrel has operational experience in most domestic producing areas.

 

The experience of the Kestrel management team covers all essential aspects of domestic exploration and production operations.  The company's President and Vice President Operations, Mr. Rinehart and Mr. Kreick, are graduate engineers with over 60 years of combined experience.  They have operated wells in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Indonesia.  In addition to the classic operating company activities, the team's experience includes transition management for major acquisitions, large exploration and drilling programs, extensive property evaluation and consulting experience and resolution of problems relating to ownership changes and restructuring. 

 

The Kestrel Team has accumulated in depth experience dealing with symptoms and consequences of a financially stressed operating environment, reconstruction of partnership and corporate records, conversion of data systems, liquidations, re-establishing compliance reporting - state and federal - assuming field operations, inventorying equipment, re-negotiating marketing contracts and environmental compliance. 

 

The Kestrel management team played the lead role in development of a leading full service asset administration organization responsible for in excess of 5,000 well interests, including 500 operated wells, together with reporting responsibilities for client's public and private corporations and partnerships.

 

The key elements of the above infrastructure and processing procedures now supports Kestrel's current operations and provides the foundation for significant expansion.
