The experience of the Kestrel oil and gas asset management team covers all aspects of domestic exploration and production operations.

Dick Rinehart, the company’s president, and Philip Kreick, the company’s vice president, are graduate engineers with more than 80 years of combined experience in the oil and gas industry. Chief Financial Officer John Walters has extensive experience in this industry, and the company’s support personnel are highly skilled industry professionals.

Kestrel is a full-service oil and gas asset management operation. It’s back-office functions, including accounting, land management, reporting administration and field supervision provide our clients the professionalism they expect and the peace of mind they seek.

In addition to the classic oil and gas operating activities, the team is also experienced in transition management for areas such as major acquisitions, property evaluations, and large exploration and drilling programs.

Kestrel has in-depth experience dealing with the symptoms and consequences of a financially stressed operating environment, partnership reconstructions, data system conversion, liquidations, environmental compliance and state and federal compliance reporting.

30 years in industry. Provides support to owners and principals of Kestrel and its affiliate, PetroCap, Inc. Experience also includes oil and gas limited partnership administration.

Lynne Fiske - Accounts Payable Supervisor
23 years experience in joint interest billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and revenue.

Amy Ward - Revenue/Production Supervisor
19 years experience in diverse oil and gas accounting.

Victoria Irwin - Land Administration
36 years in oil and gas as landman, 5 years as VP and Manager of oil and gas firm in Dallas for owner in New York with responsibility for 123 limited partnerships, and 5 years as a comptroller/treasurer of privately held heavy utility company.
